This property was purchased as a picture framing shop with a large open shop on the ground floor, a basement for storage and a workshop and office on the first floor. The property required a high degree of modernisation and internal improvements.
With this property we did a basic shop floor re-fit and basement clear up, we also changed the toilet and completed a full re-wire. In addition, we converted the first-floor workshop into a luxury 1 bed flat, including brand new kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a full re-wire.
