NLG Construction is an independent main contractor based in rural Yorkshire. Set up by three brothers in 2018, following the creation of their successful property business in 2016, NLG Construction is the modern and vibrant powerhouse that developers and investors alike have been waiting for.

We deliver all our projects to a high standard of quality and maintain a superior level of professionalism and reliability throughout, making the process for our clients enjoyable from start to finish. We have developed and perfected our processes and invested heavily in technology to pull previously struggling projects into the modern world of project management. New Builds

As with any project, time and money are key factors when considering its success. We know this to be truer than any when it comes to New Build houses and developments. Whether it be a single property delivered to a luxuriously high specification or a multi-site project, we provide a full construction program which includes the crucial real time budget analysis so that you, our client, have insight every step of the way.

We work only with credible contractors and our own power team are highly skilled and motivated. All works are carried out with full insurance and we ensure that each person assigned to the project holds the relevant qualifications and skill base.
