Demolition of two semi-detached houses and erection of 4 new build properties. The land falls to the River Foss at the bottom of the site which adds to the complexity of the construction phase, both from a cost and build perspective. Currently in pre-construction phase, these appealing properties will be complete and brought to market by our client in the first half of 2021.
